This policy explains what information Apostolic Faith Church collects about visitors and how we use it, including for text messaging.
When you visit one of our churches and agree to stay in touch, we may record your name, mobile phone number, email address, the date of your visit, and notes our outreach team makes to help care for you. If you text with us, we keep the messages exchanged. We also record when and how you gave consent to receive text messages.
We use this information only to welcome you, follow up after your visit, respond to you, and let you know about services, events and community programs. Only authorized church staff can access it.
We only text people who have given us permission. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. After you opt out, we will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use trusted providers to operate our systems, such as our text messaging provider and our database hosting provider. They process information only on our behalf and not for their own purposes.
We keep your information while we remain in contact with you. You may ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below.
